We went to the Cradle Of Aviation, did a scavenger hunt, viewed airplanes, and had fun scrambling around the museum.
We went to West Hills Park for a full day of fun and running stations for Webelos. We all had dinner later and it was delicious. We all had so much fun there and I can’t wait to do it again.
We went to visit the Greenlawn Memorial park for veterans day and placed a wreath at the memorial to honor those who have served.
We had so much fun, worked our stations, and visited other troops.
The troop cycled around the park and had lots of fun.
We worked on requirements, played capture the flag, cooked food, and did skits.
We went on a long hike from Sunken Meadow to Kings Park.
Our troop went to see a Ducks Game.
Even though it was delayed for 2 days due to the camp flooding. It was really fun doing merit badges, hanging out, meeting a bird with a messed up leg, trying to break the record for most small chocolate milk cartons drunk by a group, and during one night we invited counselors for skits and pizza and almost all of the counselors we invited came. I think I can speak for everyone when I say we had a great time and we all enjoyed camping again.
After being cancelled last year, we finally had our annual end of the year BBQ and combined it with our summer Court of Honor. We had a lot of fun playing on the playground, a great lunch, and an overall great time. The Court of Honor recognized so many scouts that earned new ranks and merit badges over the past few months. I got called up separately more than 3 times. We swore in our new Scoutmaster: Mr. Berger and a new Assistant Scoutmaster: Allen B. We thanked all of the adult leaders who volunteer all year to help and we said thank you to our outgoing Scoutmaster Mr. Van Loon. He was great and did so many things to help our troop.
